Lovely Porotta 5S These precooked parotta are good with some aloo masala or thick chicken gravy cooked in Indian style. Known as paratha in Sri Lanka. Pre heat the chapati tawa or a non stick pan, once hot enough put the rolled parotta on the pan on slow flame, flip it after a 40-50 seconds, let it cook again on a slow flame for 1-2 mins or until brown spots start appearing all over.Long Description
