Down home chicken noodle. Classic artisan soup mix. All natural. Directions 1 pkg. soup mix.9 cups water.1 1/2 cups chicken breast, chopped.1. Combine water and vegetable packet in a soup kettle. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.2. Add noodles and chicken. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes.3. Combine soup base packet with 3 tbsp. of cold water and stir with a fork until smooth. Add to soup while stirring. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.Makes approx. 8 (1 cup) servings.For a creamier chicken soup, reduce the water to 8 cups. In step 3, combine the soup base with 1 cup of milk instead of the 3 tbsp. of water.Add to soup and stir to blend. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
