Short Description
Sucrafor 750 GRS Birch sugar (xylitol) is a sugar substitute which is comparable to normal table sugar in appearance, taste and sweetness. It owes its name to its discovery in the nutrient-rich fibers of the birch skin, although it is currently produced in non-genetically modified corn. In contrast to table sugar, birch sugar has about 40% fewer calories and a glycemic index of 7 (table sugar 70).Long Description
