Preheat oven to 350 degrees, remove tray from carton. Remove film and place in oven. Heat for 75 minutes, let stand for 2 minutes. Microwave: Keep frozen until ready to heat. Remove tray from carton, vent film, cover by puncturing with fork 4 to 5 times. Microwave on high for 7 minutes. Turn tray every 2 - 3 minutes to ensure thorough heating. Remove film and heat for additional 6 minutes, continue turning every 2 - 3 minutes, let stand for 2 minutes. Steam may be hot. Note: Times may vary on each microwave or oven.
