Franklin Farms Chili-bean Veggieburger - 4 CTVegetables (Onions, Red Peppers, Green Chilies, Mushrooms), Soy Protein Flour, Water, Black Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Cilantro, Soy Protein Concentrate, Natural Flavors (from Non-Meat Sources), Rice Starch, Egg Whites, Granulated Garlic, Natural Sea Salt, Cellulose Gum, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Maltodextrin, Cultured Dextrose.Keep refrigerated. Heating instructions: Broil - Lightly coat pan with oil or spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Heat patties for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side. Oven - preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place patties on pan lightly coated with oil or with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Stove top - lightly coat pan with oil or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
