Bartolini Trofie Pasta - 500G Trofie - small pieces of rolled and twisted pasta that have a very satisfying bite, a little reminiscent of gnocchi. A traditional pasta from the Liguria region of Italy, Trofie is frequently served with basil pesto, the other Ligurian classic. This artisan pasta from is made by the Bartolini family, who have been farming in Umbria for six generations. It is bronze drawn to create a porous dough which holds sauces well.
