Filling: Ricotta Cheese (Cultured Whey, Salt), Porcini Mushrooms, Butter, Potato Flakes, Grana Padano Cheese (Cow's Milk, Salt, Rennet), Rice Flour, Onion, Wheat Fibre, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Wine, Parsley, Spices, Garlic.Add pasta to 4 quarts salted, boiling water. Boil gently 1 to 2 minutes or 2 to 3 if frozen. Drain pasta. Serve immediately and toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
