Suitable for boiled and fried fish, seafood, shellfish and vegetable dishes. Recipe idea: Prepare mix, pour over fish fillets and top with grated cheese before baking! INGREDIENTS: Oil (sunflower, rapeseed) , modified starch (potato, corn), glucose syrup, apple, egg yolk, salt, mustard, aroma, sugar, citric acid, yeast extract, lemon, dill, spices, dye (capsicum extract) DIRECTIONS: In a saucepan, whisk together 5oz of water and 3oz milk. Cook, stirring frequently. Cook for 1 minute and stir in 1 - 2 tbsp butter. Garnish with fresh parsley, chives or dill.
