Pistou with organic bear garlic, without additives or preservatives.
Pistou is a spread of Provencal origin, traditionally made with basil, olive oil and garlic. Unlike Pesto, which comes from Italy and contains parmesan and pine nuts in addition to the basic ingredients.
Pesto is delicious on toast as an aperitif or as a sauce on a dish of pasta, potatoes or even pizza! You can also use it to make the famous Pistou soup and why not add it to a homemade mayonnaise!
We prepare this pistou with bear's garlic from our crops, cider vinegar, Guérande salt and olive oil.
