The Cuvée signed Laurent-Perrier is a champagne of great finesse and great purity, perfect for the aperitif.CIt is a champagne in which we find a high proportion of Chardonnays (53%), which bring purity and freshness. For assembly, only the best musts of the cuvée are used (ie only 80% of the juice extracted during pressing). 33% Pinot Noir and 14% Pinot Meunier are married to the majority Chardonnay. More than 55 vintages go into the composition of this brut champagne, a blend in which the Laurent-Perrier house 25% of reserve wines from previous harvests in order to preserve and perpetuate the house style.The Cuvée Laurent-Perrier has a pale gold color, dotted with very fine bubbles.On the nose, it is a delicate champagne, which evokes fresh citrus fruits and white flowers. On the second nose, warmer notes of white fruits and stone fruits emerge.On the palate, the balance between freshness and complexity is remarkable. The wine emerges with finesse on the palate, with a fruity finish of good length.
