Lipton Lower Sodium Chicken Consomme & Recipe MixPotato Starch, Monosodium Glutamate, Sugar, Salt, Onion Powder, Passover Yeast Extract, less than 2 percent of Dried Chicken, Palm Stearin, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Spices, Turmeric (for Color), Fractionated Palm Oil, Sulfites.Lipton Lower Sodium Chicken Flavor Consomme & Recipe Mix. May be used for passover. Meat. See nutrition information for sodium content. 43% lower sodium than our regular Lipton chicken flavor consomme. Veterinary services inspected & passed. Directions Soup directions: for a single serving of clear chicken soup add 1 teaspoon of mix to 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally and simmer for 3 minutes. Add to soup: cooked chicken parts, cooked vegetables and matzo balls. Add to casseroles or gravies for extra chicken flavor. Microwave*: add 1 teaspoon of mix to 1 cup of water, stir and microwave at high (100%) for 5 minutes. For a richer chicken soup: add parsley leaves and sliced carrots, microwave at high for 10 minutes. *Cooking times are based on full power (600 to 700 watt) microwave ovens.
