Microwave on high 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 3. Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir well. Season to taste. To make 2 pouches at the same time, microwave on high 7-1/2 to 11 minutes or until thoroughly heated. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft. ): Microwave up to 1 minute longer if needed. Stove-Top: 1. Heat 1/2 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Empty pouch of frozen vegetables into saucepan. Heat to boiling. Stir; cover and reduce heat to medium-low. 2. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain; season to taste. For 2 pouches, make as directed above-except use 2/3 cup boiling water in 2-quart saucepan and cook 3 to 5 minutes. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft. ): No change.
