Jell-o Cook & Serve Pudding & Pie Filling ButterscotchSugar, Dextrose, Cornstarch, Modified Cornstarch, contains less than 2% of Natural and Artificial Flavor, Salt, Polysorbate 60 (Prevents Scorching), Calcium Carrageenan (Thickener), Yellow 5, Red 40, Blue 1.Pudding directions: 2 cups milk. Stir mix into milk* in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Serve warm or chilled. (Pudding thickens as it cools) . Makes 4 (1/2-cup) servings. Refrigerate any leftovers. *Fat-free, 1% or lactose-free milk can also be used but may result in a softer set. Do not use prepared nonfat dry milk or soy milk - pudding will not set. For creamier pudding, place plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding while cooling. Stir before serving. Classic Pudding Pie: Makes 6 servings. Prepare pudding as directed. Cool 5 min., stirring occasionally. Pour into cooled baked 9-inch pastry crust or ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust. For deep-dish pie, use 2 pkg (3. 5 oz each) pudding and 3-1/2 cups milk. Refrigerate 3 hours (or 4 hours for fuller pie) or until firm. Top each serving with 2 Tbsp thawed cool whip whipped topping, if desired. Refrigerate any leftovers. Microwave directions: Stir mix into 2 cups milk in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 6 min. or until mixture comes to boil, stirring every 2 min. Serve warm or chilled.
