If necessary, soften cold butter in microwave on high power for 10-15 seconds. 2. Stir with a spoon. Stir butter and cookie mix until dough forms, hand kneading if necessary. Place dough on lightly floured surface; roll to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into 1x3-inch rectangles. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Pierce dough with a fork. 3. Bake until golden.
