Not suitable for microwave cooking. Cooking Method: Oven cook Cooking Instructions Preheat the oven to 200┬║C, 400┬║C, or gas mark 6. Place sausages in a roasting tin and cook for approximately 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Cooking Method: Grill Cooking Instructions Place sausages on a rack in a preheated grill and cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Cooking Method: Shallow Fry Cooking Instructions Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Cooking Method: Deep Fry Cooking Instructions Pre-heat the oil to 180┬║C, place sausages in basket and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Keep refrigerated at 0┬║C to 5┬║C. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within one month of freezing. Defrost in a refrigerator prior to cooking.
