Aroma : Ginger and lemon along with a fermented nose and a slight vinegar/acetic acid prickle. Flavour : Relatively dry with a ginger bite and refreshing acidity both from the lemon and a result of the fermentation. It has a long finish and is to be sipped and savoured.
