For a barbecue effect cook as per guidelines above, then place on barbecue for, a further 5-10 minutes turning frequently. Barbeque: Time: 5 - 10 mins, Instructions: Cook as per oven guidelines. Place on barbecue over medium coals for 5-10 minutes. Turn frequently to give a chargrilled effect. Remove from the oven, separate the strips and return to the oven. Cook for a further 15 minutes.
