Cooking oil. Easy to make: Makes 5 servings. 1. Heat 2 to 3 inches of oil to 375┬░F - 400┬░F in deep-fat fryer or 3-quart saucepan. 2. Mix contents of pouch with 3/4 cup of cold water until batter is smooth. 3. Dip mushrooms into batter, allowing excess to drip back into bowl. 4.
