Kikkoman Stir-fry SauceSoy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Sugar, Water, Modified Corn Starch, Wine, Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Oyster Extract (Molluscan Shellfish), Cultured Whey (Milk), Spices, Succinic Acid, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Sodium Benzoate; less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative.Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce. Simply pour & stir. Directions Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before using. Canton beef stir-fry: cut 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin into thin strips; stir-fry in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat 2 min. Remove. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in same pan. Add 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced; 4 oz. snow peas, trimmed and halved; 1 large carrot, julienned; stir-fry 3 min. Add beef, 1 can (15-oz. ) baby corn, drained, & 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce; cook, stirring, 1 min. Makes 4 servings.
