Short Description

Al'fez Falafel MixChickpea Flour (54%), Breadcrumbs (wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt, Emulsifiers: Mono-and Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters Of Mono-and Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids), Seasoning (sodium Bicarbonate, Wheatflour, Cumin, Rusk (wheat), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Parsley, Yeast Extract Powder, Dextrose, Curry Powder (coriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Mustard, Cumin, Pepper, Salt, Ginger, Rusk, Cardamom, Wheat Flour, Garlic Powder, Spice Extracts), Onion (13%), ParsleyINSTRUCTIONS (4 PORTIONS) 1. Pour contents of pack into a bowl. 2. Add 170ml of cold water, mix well and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes. 3. Spoon into golf-ball size nuggets and fry in hot oil for 20-30 secs or until golden brown. 4. Drain off excess oil and serve warm. Falafel can be shaped as nuggets, burgers or patties. Serve falafel nugget in warm pitta bread, stuffed with salad and topped with houmous, Al'Fez Tahini or mayonnaise. Why not try falafel patties served on a bed of salad leaves and drizzled with your favourite dressing. Falafel is best served freshly made. Not suitable for microwave use. Care should be taken when using hot oil.
