Place on a non-metallic plate. Cook on Full Power for: 750W 4 minutes, 850W 4 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir and re-cover. Heat on Full Power for a further: 750W 3 1/2 minutes, 850W 3 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
