Saute: Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a 12 nonstick skillet; coat the skillet evenly. Place the frozen potstickers in a single layer, flat-side down, leaving space between the potstickers. Add 2/3 cup of water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 8 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking until the water has evaporated and the bottom of the Potstickers are lightly browned. Microwave: Place the Potstickers on a microwave-safe plate, leaving space between the potstickers. Sprinkle the potstickers with water and loosely cover the plate with plastic wrap. For a half bag, microwave on high 2 minutes to 2 minutes 30 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute then carefully remove the plastic wrap. Sauce: Thaw sauce unopened in a bowl of hot water. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Due to differences in appliances, cooking time may vary and require adjustment.
