This bouillon has a higher vegetable content than its conventional organic counterparts. Origin & Quality The wakame algae stem from the Spanish Atlantic Coast and are carefully harvested by hand. Only the best algae are selected, gently dried at 42°C and then crushed into flakes. Only the best organically certified ingredients are chosen for use. The vegetables and herbs stem from controlled organic agriculture and perfectly complement one another: kale, broccoli and spinach compliment classics such as leeks, parsnips, carrots, savoy cabbage and tomatoes.
