Heating: Do not heat longer than 3 minutes. 1. Remove neckband. Open flip top cap. 2. Place upright in microwave oven; microwave (High) according to chart below. Heating Times (microwave ovens vary; adjust time accordingly): Full Bottle: 1 minute 45 seconds-2 minutes. 3/4 Bottle: 1 minute 30 seconds-1 minute 45 seconds. 1/2 Bottle: 1 minute-1 minute 15 seconds. 1/4 Bottle: 30-45 seconds.
