Acacia Honey, The nectar of the white blossoms and tender-smelling acacia-flower and the surrounding spring flowers determine the character of this honey. It contains natural fruit sugar; therefore it remains for a long time liquid. Due to its lovely-mild taste it is also suitable to sweeten quark, strawberries, fruit salads etc. Warning: Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age!
