Most of the wine aged in stainless steel tanks and about 10% in used barrels. Deep purple red colour in the glass. In the mouth it reveals its fruity tones of ripe dark cherries, juicy plums, smoked bacon and a touch of red pepper. Powerful, smooth and beautifully balanced.
