Dried jackfruits can be used for frying or cooking and have a similar consistency to meat. The taste of shredded fruit is neutral and is flavoured by a special blend of spices. The shredded jackfruit consists of 200 g of fruit pulp and 10 g of a spice mixture. Recipe Tip: Mix the jackfruit pulp with spices. Heat with frying oil or coconut oil in a pan and sauté the jackfruit pulp over medium heat. Flip it over several times. Season with spices and salt and pepper.
