Short Description
Govinda Organic Chufli Tibet, 500G Chufli Tibet is a carefully roasted and finely ground barley with a malted coffee flavour. Barley is a staple of the Tibetans. Chufli Tibet has a special sweetness thanks to the fibre-rich tiger nuts it contains. It also has a slightly nutty taste. Dates and plums combine for a full flavour. Quick to prepare No wheat No added sugar Mineral-rich Fibre-rich Preparation: For one serving, add 4 tbsp Chufli to approx. 100ml hot or cold water, a stir in a chopped banana to add sweetness. Boil 4 tablespoons of Chufli with approx. 200 ml of water or milk, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Grate an apple and fold it into the porridge. Ideal as a breakfast or dinner, a meal on the go or while camping. Add chopped fruit, cocoa nibs and nuts.
