Now you can prepare this delicious snack and finger food at home with Tempura Fix by Arche. The ready to use mix for tempura batter is vegan (contains no egg) and is very easy to prepare. Preparation: Mix the contents of the pack with 280 ml cold water to make a smooth batter. Dip the prepared vegetables, tofu, seafood, etc. in the batter. Blanch hard vegetables such as carrots first. Fry the tempura in hot oil (180°C) until golden brown. (Tip for checking the temperature: Dip a wooden spoon in the hot oil. If the oil is hot enough for frying you will see little air bubbles forming on the wood. ) Drain excess oil and serve with soy sauce (shoyu or tamari) or a dipping sauce of your choice.
