Recipe: Tartare with Mango, Tofu and paprika For two people you will need: 1 ripe mango 200 g Taifun Tofu Curry Mango 1 red pepper 1 spring onion Juice of a lime 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 teaspoons maple syrup Chilli flakes to taste Salt and pepper Garnish: radicchio or rocket (arugula) salad and fresh pomegranate seeds Preparation time: 20 min Difficulty level: easy And this is how this delicious starter is prepared: Peel and cut the mango and tofu mango curry into 1 cm cubes. Dice the bell pepper and cut the spring onion into thin rings. Add everything to a bowl. Mix with lime juice, soy sauce and maple syrup and season with chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Let it rest for a few minutes. Serve on plates with the help of pasty rings. Layer the mixture carefully inside the pastry rings or serve in large glass bowls. Garnish with finely chopped radicchio or rocket salad (arugula) and pomegranate seeds. Gently remove the pastry rings and serve.
