Note: Chickpea flour can replace grain flour by up to 20% - please keep this mind when substituting it in your usual recipes. As a general rule of thumb, 100 g of grain flour can be replaced with 80 g of chickpea flour. Increase the amount of liquid in the recipe to achieve the usual consistency.
