The minerals are important for maintaining the strength and health of your bones and teeth, whilst vitamin D helps your body use the calcium (as well as phosphorus) and regulates levels of calcium in the blood. Saludynam is especially recommended for growing adolescents, athletes, and people who are prone to bone density issues (such as women and the elderly). The vegetarian formula gets its pleasant taste from herbal extracts and concentrated fruit juices, not artificial flavourings, and is free from alcohol, gluten and lactose. Ingredients: Each 25 ml dose contains: Calcium [from calcium lactate pentahydrate and calcium gluconate] 129. 0 mg, Magnesium [from magnesium citrate dibasic tetrahydrate and magnesium gluconate] 155. 0 mg, Zinc [from zinc citrate trihydrate] 2. 92 mg, Cholecalciferol [vitamin D3] 4. 25 micrograms. Also contains juice concentrates from Mangifera indica (mango) fruit, Citrus sinensis (orange) fruit and culinary herbal decoction of Foeniculum vulgare (fennel) fruit, Hibiscus sabdariffa (rosella flower) flower and Matricaria chamomilla (German chamomile) flower.
