Butter StollenSultanas 30%, wheat flour, butter 10%, dextrose, sugar, milk fat 3%, candied orange peel 3% (glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, sugar), lemon peel 3% (glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sugar, Cedernfruchtschalen) yeast, 2% almonds, hazelnuts 1.5%, humectant: sorbitol, whole egg powder, salt, flavoring, thickener: guar gum, emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, mixed spices (Stollen spice).This Butterstollen has the best ingredients: Plenty sultanas (30%) , butter (10%), almonds (2%) and hazelnuts (1.5%).
