Guarana
Short Description
Hoyer Organic Ground Guarana, 75 G100% Guarana Seeds (Ground), From Controlled Organic ProductionGerman packaging: Bio Guarana gemahlen The guarana used for this powder comes from the Brazilian Amazon. The plant has been valued for its stimulating, revitalising effect for centuries. The caffeine content naturally found in guarana seeds is much higher than the amount of caffeine found in coffee. Since guarana also contains a lot of tannins, the caffeine in guarana is released more slowly and is easier for the body to tolerate than the caffeine in espresso. Recommended use: Stir half to a whole heaping teaspoon into plenty of liquid. Sweeten with honey as needed. The guarana can also be enjoyed with yoghurt or muesli. Important instructions: Caffeine content per 100 g = 3,500 mg (1 teaspoon contains about the same amount of caffeine as 2 cups of espresso) Not recommended for pregnant women and children.
