Short Description

Oltremonti Galoppa Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 500ML Moulin Oltremonti was founded in 2008 on the island of Corsica, and their first olive harvest was in 2011. From small beginnings, they now control the entire chain of production of their olive oils, all the way until bottling, ensuring a high-quality and consistent product. Their oil mill is the only one in Corsica certified for EU Organic and AOP olive oil production. All of Moulin Oltremonti's oils are made from the Corsican Ghjermana olive, but their differences lie in the point at which the olives were harvested. Galoppa is the most peppery of their olive oils, and it is decidedly green in flavor, with notes of artichoke, wild mint, and catnip, and a somewhat pungent finish.
