Mccormick Mediterranean Seafood SauceWater, Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Demerara (Unrefined) Sugar, Garlic, Sea Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Onion, Spice and Herbs (Including Black Pepper, Basil, Oregano, and Rosemary), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Red Bell Peppers, Paprika, Methylcellulose and Xanthan Gums, and Salt.Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup sauce on 1 pound fish. Best with cod, tilapia, flounder, halibut, or catfish. Bake fish in 425 degrees F oven 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Broil or grill fish 8 to 12 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Shake well. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 months after opening.
