Shoprite Rice Yellow, Spanish Style SaffronENRICHED RICE (NIACIN, iron, (FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE), THIAMIN (THIAMIN MONONITRATE), FOLIC ACID), DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES (ONION, GARLIC, BELL PEPPER, TOMATO), SALT, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, CORN CEREAL SOLIDS, HYDROLYZED CORN GLUTEN, PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED COTTONSEED AND SOYBEAN OIL, DEHYDRATED CHICKEN, SUGAR, SPICES, MALTODEXTRIN, CELERY EXTRACT, ARTIFICIAL COLOR (INCLUDING F. D. & C. YELLOW NO. 5, F. D. & C. RED NO. 3), SAFFRON, SODIUM ALUMINOSILICATE (ANTI-CAKING AGENT).Stove Top: 1. Bring 16 oz (2 cups) water and 2 tbsp olive oil, butter or margarine (optional) to a boil. 2. Add package of ShopRite Yellow Rice and stir for one minutes. 3. Cover, turn heat to low and cook undisturbed 20-25 minutes. Serve. Microwave: Combine contents of package, 16 oz. (2 cups) hot tape water and 2 tbsp. olive oil, butter or margarine (optional) in a 2 quart microwave safe casserole dish. Cover and microwave on High 3 minutes. Reduce to 50% power and microwave 20-22 minutes longer or until most of the water is absorbed. Remove and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff and serve.
