Short Description
Kroger Potatoes French Fried, Shoestring FriesPotatoes, Vegetable Oil, (Contains One or More of the Following Oils: Canola, Soybean, Cottonseed, Sunflower, Corn), Salt, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (to Preserve Color), Dextrose, Caramel Color, Annatto (for Color). Gluten free.Keep frozen until ready to use. Pour out amount desired, close package with rubber band or twist tie and return to freezer. To Prepare: Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Arrange frozen potatoes in single layer in shallow baking pan. 3. Heat for 12-15 minutes or to desired crispness, stirring once after 7-8 minutes. 4. Season to taste and serve. Deep Fry: 1. Preheat liquid cooking oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F. Deep fryer should no more than half full of oil. 2. Fill fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. 3. Fry 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or to desired crispness. 4. Drain on paper towels. Season to taste and serve. Electric Skillet: 1. Heat small amount of liquid cooking oil in large skillet over Medium Heat or electric frypan at 350 degrees F. 2. Carefully add frozen fries in single layer. 3. Fry 6-7 minutes, turning frequently for desired crispness. 4. Drain on paper towels. Season to taste and serve. Caution: Ice crystals can cause spattering when added to hot oil.
