Directions Basic thawing instructions:Refrigerator:Place unopened bag or portion needed, (cover with plastic wrap) in a large bowl or pan.Refrigerate on bottom shelf of refrigerator overnight.Microwave:Following your manual's defrost instructions, thaw no more than 3 chicken wings at a time on a microwaveable plate covered with plastic wrap. Rotate the plate one-quarter turn 4 times during defrost cycle, checking wings before each rotation. Turn wings over and recover with plastic wrap halfway through the defrost cycle.*Note: Some microwaves may defrost faster than others.Basic cooking instructions:Conventional oven:Preheat oven to 375┬░F.Arrange thawed chicken wing sections in a single layer on a shallow oven roasting pan.Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken can be easily pierced with a fork. For food safety, insert calibrated thermometer into thickest part of the meat, and cook to 185┬░F.Season as desired. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.*Note: Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly.Grill:Preheat grill.Place chicken wings evenly over heat source and cook until internal juices run clear and temperature on meat thermometer reads 185┬░F.
