Paul. As a kid, my whole family would gather at Grandpa Pete's house for Sunday pasta. At the center of this Italian tradition was an amazing sauce that Grandpa would make from scratch - a recipe passed down from his mother. When I got older, it occurred to me that I should help to carry on his tradition, so I asked him to teach me. He took me out to the tomato fields and that's where the lesson began. Over the years, we've invited many friends and family to share Sunday pasta dinner - at Grandpa's kitchen on Conneaut, Ohio and at my house in Rochester, NY. But there just aren't enough Sundays to have all of you over, so I put the Guglielmo family sauce in a jar for you to take home to your family. Hope you like it! Call and let me know what you think - 585-350-5788 (Yes, that's my real number) . - Paul Guglielmo. Made in Rochester by a guy named Paul. Refrigerate after opening.
