Cannellini beans plump up beautifully and hold their shape when cooked, making them perfect for pasta dishes, stews and casseroles. They are an excellent source of fiber and iron. NET WT 24 OZ ( 1 LB 8 OZ) 680g. Directions Stovetop instructions:Sort and rinse 3/4 cup cannellini beans*. Place in a medium pot with 3 cups water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until beans are soft, 60-90 minutes. Add more water as needed while cooking to keep beans covered. Makes 4 servings (about 2 cups).*Optional: to reduce cooking time, soak beans in water overnight in the refrigerator.
