Rinse fish well in cold water. Shake off excess water. 2. Roll fish in seasoned fish fry until well coated. 3. Deep fry fish at 350 degrees F until golden brown. Enjoy! Coats approx. 30-34 pounds of fish. Variations: Oysters, shrimp, meat and vegetables can be cooked as above.
