CHT Peymouton Saint-Emilion Grand Cru - Red French Wine The Château Peymouton stretches over 22 hectares (55 acres) across the splendid property of the Beaumartin family. The vine is farmed with the utmost care, giving all due respect this exacting and totally prestigious appellation. At harvesting, the fruit is picked by hand, meticulously sorted in the picking room then in the vat room. Before maturing, each cask is carefully selected to enable the wine from Château Peymouton to reveal its true value. With this thoroughness and passion for their work, the Beaumartin family today offer a wine that combines potency with delicate finesse, releasing delicate aromas of small red fruit and giving a keen attack with a long aromatic finish.
