Full Circle All Natural Bulgur & Red QuinoaBulgur (pre-cooked Durum Wheat), Red QuinoaCooking: Stovetop (Pilaf Method) : 1. Combine 1/2 cup of product and 1 cup water or broth in a 2 quart pot. Bring to boil over high heat, reduce to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes. 2. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes in covered saucepot. Drain any excess water, than fluff with a fork and season to taste. Stovetop (Alternative Pasta Method): 1. Bring a large pan of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt if required. 2. Add the contents of the pack and simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Drain through a sieve and season to taste. Store in a cool, dry and clean place, away from strong light and odors. Once opened reseal the bag. Great addition for chicken & grilled beef. Ready in 10 minutes.
