Food Club Roasting Bag & Seasoning Mix, For ChickenSpice and Coloring, Food Starch-Modified, Salt, Dehydrated,Onion, and,Garlic, Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors (Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Chicken, Fat), Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated, Soybean, Oil, Citric Acid. Not More than 2% Silicon Dioxide Added to Prevent Caking. Contains:soy.What you need: 2 1/2 lbs. Chicken parts + 4 cups fresh vegetable pieces. : 1. preheat oven 350f. place roasting bag in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Rinse chicken parts and pat dry (remove skin if desired) . Sprinkle seasoning mix over chicken, coating evenly. 2. place chicken in bag, single layer, and add vegetables. Close bag loosely and secure with nylon fastener about 2 inches from end. Cut 3 small holes in top of bag to let steam escape. 3. bake in lower half of oven for 50-55 minutes. *Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut bag open; serve chicken and vegetables with juice. Juice may be thickened for gravy. *Note: bag, when expande, should not touch oven sides, racks or heating elements.
