Full Circle Salmon, Wild Alaskan Sockeye Whole FilletSOCKEYE SALMON.Thawing & cooking instructions: for best results, remove all packaging and thaw overnight in refrigerator or place salmon in cool water for 40- 50 minutes. To bake: heat oven to 425 ┬║f. spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Remove all packaging. Place salmon skin side down on pan. Brush with oil; season as desired. Bake 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. , To grill: heat grill to medium-high heat. Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down, on foil. Brush with oil and season as desired. Cover the fillet with another sheet of aluminum foil making a steam tent.
