Do not turn chicken during baking. 6-8 Chicken Pieces: 1 packet coating mixture; 50 minutes with bone; 20 minutes boneless. 4-5 Chicken Pieces: 1/2 packet coating mixture; 45 minutes with bone; 15 minutes boneless. 2-3 Chicken Pieces: 1/4 packet coating mixture; 40 minutes with bone; 15 minutes boneless. 2 seasoned packets and shaker bags.
