Food Club Taco Shells, Yellow Corn 10 JumboStone Ground Corn Flour, Coconut Oil, Water, iron, Niacin, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Lime1. Prepare filling: brown 2 lbs. Ground beef over medium heat. Drain fat. Add 2 packets of taco seasoning mix (1.25 oz) each and 1 cup of water. Bring to boil. Simmer. Stir occasionally until liquid is reduced. 2. warm taco shells: heat taco shells on baking sheet in preheated 350 degrees f (180 degrees c) oven for 4-5 minutes until shells are crisp. Or microwave unwrapped tray of shells for 30 seconds on high setting. 3. prepare topping and serve: fill each heated taco shell w/6 teaspoons of meat. Top w/lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese and taco sauce.
