Champagne Deutz Classic Grapes : Pinot Noir (1/3) ,Pinot Meunier (1/3) and Chardonnay (1/3) Vintage : n. d. Bottle : 75 cl In an assembly of fine Champagne vintages from selected vintages from the best vintages of the Marne area. Each year, a portion of the reserve of wine ( 20 - 40 % ) is assembled to the new cuv├®e in order to ensure a certain level of consistency and complexity and required to maintain a particular style of the Maison. Colour: The intense gold is embellished with a very fine surf, typical of the Maison Deutz and champagnes that have benefited from a long stay on the yeasts. Bouquet: It releases pleasant floral notes of white flowers that are subsequently enriched with aromas of roasting, marzipan and sour fruit, like apples and pears. Palate: In the mouth, the freshness of the Chardonnay and richness of the Pinot Noir enhance the elegance and the remarkable structure of this Champagne that presents a wealth of well blended flavors and a silky texture. In the final round and is very intense, with fruity expressions. Tips: This is a very bubbly Champagne aperitif ideal, but it can nicely accompany dishes based on fish such as salmon, trout and bass, or poultry dishes and white meats.Long Description
