Long Grain White RiceORGANIC LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE.Directions Cooking: (1) Measure 2 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil (optional). Salt to taste. (2) Stir in 1 cup of Organic Long Grain White Rice. (3) Cover the saucepan. Do not remove lid. Lower the heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and all of the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Microwave: Combine 1 cup Organic Long Grain White Rice, 2 cups water, 1 tbsp. butter or olive oil (optional) and salt to taste. Place in microwave proof dish. Cover and cook on high 5 minutes or until mixture boils. Reduce to 50% power. Cook 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Microwaves may vary, heating time may require adjustment.
